We have given free delivery PAN across India anywhere in the country. For COD order you need to pay extra 50 INR below order amount 1999 INR. In the International order we are not giving free delivery, as we provide superfast delivery so the rates are applicable in the system automatically, once youfill up all the shipping details and go to the check out page.
For Indian order it will take 3-5 business days only. We also provide superfast shipping in metro cities as well in India. For International orders it will take 4-7 business days except custom stuck issues and flight delay issues. ( only 1% chance )
Our order processing team forward your order to packing department, packing department cross check the qualities and ensure about packaging of your parcels and mark as ready to dispatch with same day or next day. Once RTD process is done, our courier partners will collect our parcels and connect via AIR to deliver it on priority basis. You can request to change the delivery address before dispatch the product. Butyou cannot change the delivery address of the order once it will be dispatched from our end.
Yes, you can place the precious order internationally, but before that please talk us to our helpline number for exact delivery date of your ordered product because of strict custom rules in India for precious product.
We request all our customers to place the sample order if you want to buy bulk products. We are from India based and international return is expensive compare to normal one. So there will be no international return policy in bulk orders and precious products. In exceptional caseswe approve to return the products in our USA warehouse but there will be genuine reason only.
We have already make surety to give 100% complete condition product to all our customers, in exceptional cases if you received damage parcels, you just raise a return or replacement request, our courier partner will come to collect a pickup, once pick up will be done, at the same side we will dispatch a replacement product for delivery.
Yes, you can change or cancel the order any time. But before that make sure that product is not dispatched from our side, once it will be dispatch you suppose to follow the return procedure after receiving it.
Yes, of course. We have given invoices to all our customer via email or in portal also. We have also facility of B2B invoices for purpose of the claim GST credit.
